Refund Policy

You can cancel your registration by emailing us at conference@nacc.ca. Please take note of our refund policy below:

Before March 1st, 2015 – Full Refund, minus $25 administration fee 

March 2nd, 2015 – March 31st, 2015 – 50% refund 

After March 31st, 2015 - No refunds

 

Substitutions will be accepted by email up until April 24th, 2015.
