The following two booth packages are available for exhibitors:
Basic Booth Package
8’ x 8’ booth for a cost of $1,200
Large Booth Package
10’ x 10’ booth for a cost of $1,400 (limited space available)
Both basic and large booth packages include:
- 1 – 2’x 6’ skirted display table & upholstered chair
- Meals and coffee breaks for one person – includes Welcome Reception, breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch and gala dinner. (Additional attendees may attend for a fee of $300/person)
- Name on the conference website under the “Exhibitor Showcase” tab
- List of delegates one week prior to the conference - In accordance to the Privacy Act (PIPEDA), only the contact information of delegates who have given their consent to receive marketing will be included.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi in the exhibit hall
Exhibit Hall Set-up Times & Hours
Exhibitors will be allowed to set up from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 29, 2015.
Exhibit Hall will run on Thursday, April 30, 2015 (7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) and on Friday, May 1, 2015 (7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.).
Priority booth selection is included within the various sponsorship levels.
Once the sponsors with priority selection have chosen, we will contact the remainder of exhibitors on a first-come, first-serve basis to choose their booth space.
