The 2016 Annual General Meeting of the National Association of Career Colleges will be held at 9:00 am on Friday, November 4th, 2016 at the Ottawa Marriott, Ottawa, Ontario.
Voting Rights and Proxy Votes
Each active member is entitled to one vote. If a member sends more than one representative to the AGM, only one ballot will be issued between them.
Representatives of active members unable to attend the AGM may vote by proxy. Members wishing to assign a proxy must complete a proxy form. The form is available here.
Proxy forms are to be returned to the NACC office by no later than October 25th, 2016. They can be sent by email to Kayla Bimm at firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax to the NACC office at 613-789-9669.
**NOTE** Career colleges with more than one campus can assign a voting representative to vote on behalf of all of their campuses. In order to assign a voting representative, the college should contact NACC’s Administrative Assistant Kayla Bimm at 613-800-0340 in order to confirm that our records show the correct voting representative for the college.
